CoHelmBot Privacy Policy

Purpose and access
CoHelmBot is a private Telegram assistant operated solely for its owner. It requests read-only Gmail access to produce email summaries and Google Calendar access to read upcoming events and create events explicitly requested by the owner.
Storage and use
Google OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's private server and are used only to provide these owner-requested functions. Email contents and calendar event contents are processed when requested and are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models.
Sharing and retention
Google user data is not shared with third parties. OAuth credentials are retained only while the integration is enabled. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
Security and scope
Private assistant commands are restricted to the configured owner account. Access is limited to the minimum Google scopes needed for Gmail summaries and calendar management.
